Perfect 10 hits for the weekend

we unravelled some of the best contemporary love songs in the country. Single people could sing along, however, it made more sense for folks who had partners to grind and smoosh with. Valentine’s Day is gone and everything is back to normalcy.

Since the last episode, a lot has occurred in the music industry.

Nigerian music superstar, Olamide signed a mouthwatering collaborative deal with the American distribution company, Empire. He made the announcement on social media and promised his fans that he will be taking his music mainstream in 2020. The YBNL boss mentioned that himself and his protegee, Fireboy DML are preparing something fierce in the studio.

A collaboration album, perfect!

1st News will keep you updated on the latest news pertaining to Olamide’s profound musical transition. This new deal with Empire will promote Olamide and YBNL’s image overseas and would help to boost their sales. Remember the primary aim and objective of music is to connect with people, this is the biggest move in Baddo’s career yet.

In other news, Nigeria’s own Afrobeat golden child, Wizkid announced that work on his voraciously anticipated 4th studio album, Made In Lagos is ready. He revealed this on Instagram on Thursday, February 20.

This is great news.

Wizkid sent social media agog with the announcement. It is safe to note that Wizkid has not set a release date yet neither has he published any album art to promote the album.

Apparently, 2020 promises to be fascinating. More insurmountable music to be aired in the latter part of the year.
